Friends: I would have the honour of making the welcoming remarks at this year's Affairs of the Heart: Living with Cardiomyopathy Conference. This is taking place on Saturday 19 May 2018, in Boston. Later in the day, I would also be part of one of the discussion panels.
Please join us as we review efforts bringing us closer and closer to a cure to cardiomyopathy.
Cardiomyopathy conference - Affairs of the Heart: Living with Cardiomyopathy 2nd Edition,
At the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center in Boston, MA
The SHaRe Cardiomyopathy Registry is teaming up with the Brigham and Women's Hospital and Boston Children's Hospital, and the Children's Cardiomyopathy Foundation, to put on a conference for patients and their families, focusing on Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM) and Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM). Please join us.
My condition is actually Left Ventricular Non-Compaction Cardiomyopathy (LVNC). Due to my enlarged heart and the symptoms I initially displayed, I was diagnosed with DCM. So, it goes without saying that this is a subject that is close to my heart as my family and I pursue our journey. I look forward to sharing our story and learning from fellow patients and leading health professionals.
See you there!
Thank you for stopping by.
